Reservation conditions and cancellation rules for groups (from 10 people and more)
Reservation request
Those who wish to make a group reservation can do so by filling our online reservation request form, which can be found on our website www.zakendrager.nl
We will then inform you as soon as possible about availability and conditions and provide you with all further information.
Final reservation
As soon as your reservation request is accepted by us, you will be notified by us in writing or by e-mail and the reservation will be made final and booked in our system.
Changing the number of people
When booking, the requested number of people is assumed definite. This number can be changed, both by telephone (030-2317578) and by e-mail (groepen@zakkendraager.nl), up to 48 hours before the reservation time. The number of people known at that time is considered final.
For changes that are not communicated or communicated too late, the final number of people applies and an amount of 50,- euros per no show (price p.p. for group menu + the average price for 2 drinks) will be charged.
3-course menu dinner for groups from 10 people
For reservations of groups from 10 people and up, we work exclusively with a 3-course group menu. À la carte ordering is not possible for groups. The menu choices must be received by us no later than 48 hours in advance of the reservation.
Payment options
You can pay in cash, by debit card, by credit card and/or with the Zakkendrager gift voucher in the restaurant.
For companies and organizations there is the possibility to pay by digital invoice. For this, the ‘Invoice request’ form must be digitally completed in full and received by us no later than 48 hours before your visit, so we can complete our due diligence.
We charge € 24.50 (incl. VAT of 21%) administration costs for the preparation, processing and sending of an invoice. The bill including administration costs must be paid within 28 days.
Cancellation Rules
In addition to the Uniforme Voorwaarden Horeca, the following cancellation rules apply to a group reservation (unless stated otherwise in the reservation agreements):
– Cancellations received up to 48 hours prior to your visit are free of charge.
– Cancellations received less than 48 ours before your visit, as well as no shows, will be charged € 50,- per person/no show (price p.p. for group menu + average price of 2 drinks). There will also be an additional charge of € 24,50 for administration costs.
Exceeding payment term
If the payment term is exceeded, you will receive a payment reminder and will be charged an additional € 14,50 administration costs per week.
After non-payment and after two reminders, we will hand over the outstanding invoice and any collection costs will be for your account. Therefore, always contact us if you are unable to meet your payment obligation.
